In cooperation with LEA LandesEnergieAgentur Hessen GmbH (LEA Hessen), the city of Rodgau is now offering property owners throughout the city an individual, free initial on-site consultation on energy-efficient building modernisation. In particular, single and two-family homes built before the year 2000 that are in need of modernisation are in demand. In an appointment lasting approximately one hour, there is the opportunity to receive qualified advice on structural thermal insulation, heating technology and the possible use of renewable energies. Participants then receive a consultation report with recommendations for action and information on possible next steps. The counselling is provider- and product-neutral and the costs are covered by the LEA Hessen. This means that the consultation is completely free of charge and non-binding. In addition to increasing the value of the property, energy modernisation also increases living comfort and cosiness, is good for the environment and is easy on your wallet in the face of rising energy prices.
