The office of the Expert Committee for Property Values of the State of Hesse has published the new standard land values as of 1 January 2024. The standard land values can be found in the geodata portal at geodatenportal.hessen.de. As a service for the citizens of Rodgau, the guideline values can also be viewed in the citizens' portal of the city of Rodgau at web.geoas.de/rodgau/buergerportal via the icon "Urban and transport planning" and by ticking the box in the line "Standard land values".
