How do you express criticism without causing an argument? Everyone can learn how to communicate appropriately. On 9 April, 7 May and 4 June from 6pm to 9pm at the Family Centre, Alter Weg 63F, interested parties will gain an insight into non-violent communication and learn the basics of appreciative communication. The four steps involved will be practised in order to recognise needs and feelings and communicate accordingly. The lecture will be led by social worker Sybille Schilling, head of the Counselling Centre East, who is a couples counsellor with extensive experience in the field of couples communication. For better coordination, the Family Centre asks for registrations by 5 April by telephone on 06106 693-1167 or in writing to Family Centre, Alter Weg 63F, stating a telephone number.
