Media meeting point - parents' advice on television, computers & co.

Which media are suitable for which age group? What is the sensible and conscious use of media? What rules should be observed in the children's room? Parents ask themselves all these questions about their children almost every day. The Family Centre, Alter Weg 63 F, will be offering a parents' advice session on Monday, 1 July from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. called "Treffpunkt Medien" with a focus on children of primary school age. Interested parties will receive tips on how to deal with smartphones, television, computers, the internet and other media in the family. In addition, parents can talk to each other and discuss everyday media life in the family. The speaker, Louisa Huder, is a freelance media and film educator (M.A.) and will be on hand to offer advice and support to participants. Participation is free of charge. For better coordination, the Family Centre asks for registrations by 24 June by telephone on 06106 693-1167 or in writing to Family Centre, Alter Weg 63F, stating a telephone number.
