Successful training at the city of Rodgau

Gina Stadtmüller and Sydney Vella have successfully completed their three-year apprenticeship as administrative assistants at the City of Rodgau. Both passed their final exams with a great result. This year, the certificates were presented by the Hessian Association of Administrative Schools at St Paul's Church in Frankfurt. During their training, they worked in almost all areas of the town of Rodgau. These included the areas of human resources, finance and taxes, citizen services, the municipal utility company, public safety and order, and many more. They therefore also learnt about the diversity of the city of Rodgau in practice. While Ms Vella is now continuing her professional career with another employer, Ms Stadtmüller will remain with the City of Rodgau in the area of urban planning. The importance of training for the city of Rodgau can be seen from the fact that five new trainees will be starting their training in administration at the city of Rodgau in a few days' time. After the summer holidays, the City of Rodgau will therefore begin the application process again for the start of training on 1 August 2025. Applications for this will be accepted from September via the City of Rodgau's homepage (www.rodgau.de). Anyone who would like to find out more in person about training as an administrative assistant can contact the trainer, Ms Blaha, on 06106 693-1119 or the deputy head of the HR department, Mr Sahm, on 06106 693-1257. There is also the opportunity to find out more at the Job & Grill at the Georg Büchner School on 16 September or at the "Stuzubi" trade fair in Frankfurt on 21 September.
