Monika Cunsolo, a valued colleague, is celebrating her anniversary with the town of Rodgau. She has been working in daycare centres for an impressive 40 years. Monika Cunsolo began her professional journey back in 1992 at the daycare centre 7 "Robert-Koch-Straße". She put her heart and soul into looking after the children there and supporting their development. In 1999, she moved to daycare centre 5 "Römerstraße", where she demonstrated her expertise in a regular group. From 2000, she took on additional tasks in language support, laying the foundations for her current role as an intercultural specialist. She has been working for all daycare centres in Rodgau since 2016 and is passionate about supporting children with a migration background. In recent years, Monika Cunsolo has developed and implemented numerous language support programmes that have helped to ensure that children of all backgrounds in Rodgau have equal educational opportunities. Her work is characterised by a deep understanding of the needs of children and their families.
