Greeting from the city councillor Wolfram Neumann

Welcome to my introduction page,
My name is Wolfram Neumann.
I was born on 11 August 1954 in Bielefeld, where I graduated from high school and completed my law degree in 1980. I later worked as an insurance lawyer and was admitted to the bar until 2022.
I have lived in Rodgau since 1980, am married and our family consists of children, granddaughters and great-granddaughters. In my spare time I play chess, I am also chairman of the Heusenstamm chess club, and I enjoy reading historical treatises - especially biographies - and collecting stamps.
Because community involvement is important to me, I have been active in the SPD since 1983. From 1989 to 1993, I was spokesperson for the SPD on the Dudenhofen local council. At the end of 1989, I became a member of the town council. I was initially a member of the Sports and Culture Committee, from 2001 to March 2010 I was also Chairman of the Youth, Social Affairs and Integration Committee and then a member of the Main and Finance Committee until March 2011. In 2011, I became an honorary councillor on Rodgau's municipal council.
I have been in charge of the specially created Department IV on a voluntary basis since 2017. Initially, the award procedure for the award of the Rodgau-Nord electricity concession (Weiskirchen, Hainhausen, Jügesheim and Dudenhofen districts) was carried out and completed in 2023. Since the end of 2023, I have been in charge of the award procedure for the Rodgau-Süd electricity concession (Nieder-Roden district with Rollwald).
