Archived building files

Archived building files in the city of Rodgau can be viewed via the Building Consultancy Department.

Prerequisite

Owner of the property

• As the owner of the property, you must provide proof of identity to view the files

Non-owner

• If you are not the owner, you will also need an authorisation from the owner to inspect the files

Procedure for inspecting files

Please first send us a message by e-mail to bau@rodgau.de with your enquiry and the following details:

• Address of the building project in question
• Name the documents you would like to see
• a telephone number to make an appointment
• Legitimisation/authorisation

We will contact you to check whether the relevant documents are available and, if necessary, arrange an appointment to view them.

Costs

A one-off fee of €25 is payable for access to the file.

• Taking photos by the citizen free of charge
• Copies or scans of the file cost an additional €0.15 per scan or copy
