What requirements do you have to observe for a specific building plot?

Clarification of questions regarding the development plan

There are no costs for the consultation. We will be happy to help you with any questions regarding your development plan:

• Type of use (industrial area, commercial area, residential area...)
• Building window (limitation of development)
• Plot area that can be built on and utilisation of the plot (GRZ = floor area ratio, GFZ = floor area ratio)
• Roof shape and pitch
• Number of permitted storeys and building heights
• Number of authorised residential units
• Areas of the property to be landscaped
• Permissible heights of enclosures

Consultancy for areas without a development plan

• Assessment of the surrounding development in accordance with Section 34 of the German Building Code
