Rodgau 16plus
No training place? No plan? No problem!
Finished school, but didn't manage to find an apprenticeship? Don't panic - many people do! Maybe your school report wasn't good enough, the secondary school has cancelled or you simply don't have a plan yet for what you actually want to do. Sometimes life gets in the way - personal challenges, uncertainty or simply the question:
- "What skills do I have?"
- "What do I actually want to learn?"
- "Which profession suits me?"
- "How do I write a good application?"
If you are asking yourself exactly these questions, then the Rodgau 16plus project could be just the right thing for you!
What is Rodgau 16plus?
Here you can work for up to a year, gain new professional experience and find out which path suits you best. And best of all: participants receive money for their participation!

✔ Childcare: support in daycare centres
✔ Social work: working in outpatient care
✔ Administration: insights into office work & organisationBefore the start, there is an interview with the project manager to find out which activity is suitable. This ensures that everyone gets exactly the support they need!
