The vhs course Ro 03.01.27 from 13 April offers instructions for a soothing time-out with a lasting effect. The yoga course takes place over 9 Mondays from 12.00 noon to 12.45 pm in the Social Centre, Puiseauxplatz. The sequence of different yoga postures mobilises the whole body and thus strengthens your own well-being. The course is suitable for all levels. Please bring a mat, towel, a small firm cushion and a jacket, warm socks and a thin blanket for the relaxation phase.
