The 16th Rodgau Seniors' Day in August, a popular meeting place for all generations, was once again a complete success. In addition to a varied programme of information, entertainment and exchange, the traditional competition provided additional excitement and numerous entries. The lucky winner of the main prize was chosen from all those who answered the competition questions correctly: Jennifer Schuckmann from Nieder-Roden. She can look forward to a Rodgaucard with a credit balance of 75 euros. The Rodgaucard can be redeemed in numerous Rodgau shops and facilities. The winner revealed that she would like to use the credit at the CiaoCiao ice cream parlour in Nieder-Roden or at the Journal, among other places. "I'm absolutely delighted with this wonderful prize. The Senior Citizens' Day was another great event and the main prize is a wonderful surprise," said a beaming Jennifer Schuckmann. The other prizes have also found their lucky winners: An annual pass for the lido for adults worth €60, two tickets of your choice from the Department of Culture, Sport and Volunteering, a VHS voucher worth €50 for one or more courses of your choice. Places 5 to 10 will each receive a bakery voucher worth €15 from one of the local bakeries (Bauder, Bickert, Eifler, Schäfer, Spahn, Wolz).
