Annual accounts of the Rodgau day care centre

The management team of the Rodgau childminder's office once again invited Rodgau's childminders to the family centre in Jügesheim for the end of the year. Together with the head of the department, Julia Spahn, they welcomed almost all of the 30 childminders affiliated with the childminders' office on 20 November - Children's Rights Day. This day was chosen for its special significance, as the topic of children's rights has been a dominant theme throughout the year - as well as this evening itself, with relevant specialist literature and pedagogical dialogue in the form of speed dating. For the second time, a high-quality package of materials was also handed out in a specially created Christmas market atmosphere. With this extensive package, the city of Rodgau would like to invest directly in child day care in order to honour the valuable work in the individual child day care centres and to further develop it for the coming years. This will not only benefit the trained day carers but also the children themselves. The main target group in child day care is children under the age of 3, which is why the material pack - containing selected specialist literature and play materials - is aimed directly at this age group. Anyone who would like to find out more about child day care - also as a new career option - is cordially invited to contact the childminder's office at the Jügesheim Family Centre on 06106/ 693-1167.
